Thanks! I think poor gut bacteria and antibiotic use in livestock feed are related. German scientists did a study on this. If I can find it I'll post the link. It was in one of our newsletters a couple of years ago.

The thoughts the good doctor brought up were nice to hear because they were some of my thoughts too - but it's always nice to hear it from a doctor. People have no idea how badly our meat is raised in these conventional animal "prisons" today. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, Mary. Alan Savory gives compelling evidence in his MIG grazing TED talk.

I recently heard a film maker claim that the only way to stop global warming was for everyone to become vegetarians. He blithely ignored the fact that much of the planet is not suitable to grow crops for human consumption. I'm glad to see research supporting the return of grazing animals, properly managed, in reversing desertification and in supplying healthy food for people at the same time. Kudos.

You have worded this very eloquently. This is obvious to people who care about the livestock in our care and their quality of life. Thanks for sharing!

Forcing them to live in extremely unhealthy conditions where they are constantly stressed will lead to disease and unhealthy meat. What is so hard to understand about that? It has been proven by animal science for centuries.

Thanks, we wish there were more organic farmers, too. Roy Thatcher does a beautiful job telling his story.

HI, Thanks. We're so glad you're enjoying the honey. The bees worked hard this year.
